Although we are located in Greensburg, we service

Westmoreland, Allegheny and surrounding counties.

 

 

Couple Guidance

• Select venues for ceremony and reception
• Arrange and manage the florist, caterer and/or wedding cake, etc.
• Direct musicians/DJ including the compilation of play lists
• Direct photographer/videographer - discuss details (family dynamics/ must-get pictures, etc.)
• Assist in selecting and ordering your invitations
• Arrange guest accommodations, transportation, etc.
• Provide guidelines for marriage license
• Assist with creating a wedding budget
• Create a pre-wedding schedule
• Locate and arrange for an officiant
• Offer guidance with writing vows
• Creative input and guidance on ceremony program
• Assist in ordering attire for bride, groom and attendants, etc.
• Create a detailed reception venue layout for vendors
• Create a ceremony and reception timeline of events
• Assist in creating a chart for seating arrangements 
• Assist in music selections for special songs, first dance, parent dances, cake cutting songs and others 
• Guide you in the final selections of flowers, centerpieces, linens, tabletop and other event decor
• Assist in selecting wedding cake design, color(s) and flavors of wedding cake
• Assist in the planning of bridal showers, couple showers
• Assist in planning the rehearsal dinner, day after brunch and activities for out of town guests                                                                           

 Wedding Day Management

• Confirm all vendors for wedding day participation and/or deliveries
• Coordinate the arrive times of vendors on the wedding day    
• Oversee and coordinate the wedding ceremony rehearsal
• Check the ceremony site to ensure proper setup for your event
• Ensure flowers are delivered to appropriate area and persons
• Retain the marriage license for officiant
• Ensure the Best Man/Maid of Honor have the rings
• Coordinate start time, processional, recessional with the officiant
• Coordinate start time with ceremony musicians
• Choreograph the wedding ceremony
• Direct guests to the reception area
• Direct the bridal party and family to the photography area
• Coordinate the transfer of flowers, security of gifts, signing of guest keepsake
• Arrange favors at each place setting
• Arrange place cards
• Ensure cake table is properly arranged
• Cue Bride & Groom for first dance, cake cutting, toasts and bridal dance
• Oversee transportation of gifts with  designated person(s).
